The universal problem every product person deals with is ensuring the metrics align with business goals & customer outcomes. Too often product designers are measuring the wrong KPIs due to problems in setting up thoughtful event tracking & focusing on vanity metrics such as registered users & downloads. This has massive implications to product strategy & can prevent product people from making the right trade-off decisions.

The goal of this conversation would be to walk through research that can help product designers build better frameworks that can support them in setting up the right KPIs to learn about how customers use products, & how the businesses that launch these products perform as a result.

During the event a presentation will be used to steer the conversation. Our conversation will kick off around 6:45pm & continue until 8:15pm or 8:30pm, followed by a reception for networking & meeting new friends. Refreshments will be provided!
