Join us to explore diversity & the future of work.
Join us for an un-conference on diversity, inclusion & belonging. This event will be designed by attendees. Anyone can propose a workshop or discussion format. Attendees will come together to explore issues at the intersection of diversity, rapidly developing technologies, a growing need for meaning & purpose in our work, & more access to novel solutions than ever before.
We will explore work beyond the traditional or currently common structures. Working together effectively requires people to create psychological safety, disagree without rancor, & move quickly. These adaptive skills move work toward collaboration & the more effective collective impact needed across organizational & institutional boundaries.

Diversity & the Future of Work
The problems are pervasive. More cases of sexual harassment, in fields ranging from journalism to government, are becoming public with increasing regularity. And the issues range well beyond gender & include discrimination related to race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, & disability (to name just a few). Companies should foster environments that encourage dissenting viewpoints, & it starts with listening. Creating inclusive spaces where employees feel heard, where people can bring their full selves to work, where they thrive.
Diversity & inclusion can become over-complicated buzz words, but we believe with the right prioritization, simple solutions can be found. A diversity of perspectives can create higher-performing teams. A Responsive company is one that allows its employees to show up as themselves, to express themselves-even those parts we tend to keep hidden. When that happens, the impossible becomes real.
