Lorine Pendleton is an angel investor with Pipeline Angels & advisor to women & diverse-led companies. Her portfolio includes: Cisse, Traklight, Hire an Esquire, Portfolia Fund & Tastemakers Africa.She is a business development executive with extensive marketing, strategy & sales experience in the legal, entertainment & tech industries. Guest judge on the breakout new TV series BET/Centric TV pitch show "Queen Boss."


Nisa Amoils, Angel Investor
Nisa Amoils is a venture capitalist, an active Board Member & former entrepreneur. Since 2010, Nisa has been an angel investor with a portfolio focus on mentoring & supporting female founders. Nisa's investing focus is on emerging frontier technology & has invested in consumer, marketplaces, & enterprise SaaS in the past. Nisa is a regular judge & panelist on CNBC, MSNBC & Fox. Nisa is also a member of New York Angels. She holds a business degree from the University of Michigan & a law degree from University of Pennsylvania.



Vanessa Pestritto, Partner, Lattice Ventures
Vanessa Alexandra Pestritto is Partner at Lattice Ventures. She invests in blockchain, the future of work, fintech, AI & infrastructure. Pestritto is an active advisor to entrepreneurs through her roles as EIR at Friends of eBay, Mentor for the NYU Berkley Venture Competition, Pod Leader for P3 Parity Professionals, named a Top Latino Tech Leader by the New America Alliance, & Founder of the Gladiator Club which provides access & resources to high potential founders. Previously, she served as Executive Director at the New York Angels. Pestritto holds a Bachelor's Degree from NYU Stern School of Business.

Throughout Ed Zimmerman's 26 years at Lowenstein Sandler, he's served as legal counsel to hundreds of start-ups, growth companies, venture capital & growth equity/PE funds. Ed has taught VC in the MBA program at Columbia Business School for 12 years, & prior to that taught at Rutgers Law School for 8 years. Ed has angel invested in more than 100 startups & invested as an LP in more than 30 venture funds. Ed has published more than 100 columns on tech startups & growth companies (and sometimes wine), mostly on the Accelerators page of The Wall Street Journal, where he currently serves as a WSJ expert panelist, & in Forbes. He co-founded & runs both VentureCrush, which also includes VentureCrushFG (formerly known as FirstGrowthVC)and VentureCrushAV.
