Joy brings two decades of notable experience as a digital media trailblazer to her current board & investment roles. Shes on the boards of Perion, Anyclip, & Qwire & has previously served on & advised a number of startups, associations, & nonprofit boards. While a Venture Partner at Gotham Ventures, Joy led their investment in DailyWorth, a digital media company targeting professional women that exited to a prominent female-led media company. She joined JVP s emerging New York office to focus on media & tech deal flow. Prior to JVP, Joy steered Cond Nasts newly formed Digital Video division to triple-digit year over year growth. She was on the management teams that took BarnesandNoble.com public & that led French video site Dailymotion in its sale to Orange for $200M. She started her career at MTV Networks, where she helped launch MTV in international markets.

At Princeton, Joy has gained a following for her Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship course, pragmatic style, & direct knowledge of both the media & venture ecosystems. As a first-generation college graduate with the belief that education should be a great equalizer, Joy advocates for more diverse representation in curriculum, internships, & department leadership.

Brad Schrader, President, Harvard Business School Alumni Angels of New York

Brad Schrader has led multiple B2B startups & turnarounds. He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Sun Chemical & previously led EasyLink (Nasdaq: EASY). From start as an engineer, he has helped grow diverse businesses from fiber optics to airbags to specialty chemicals to eCommerce with BCG, Corning, TRW, Honeywell among others. He is an active venture adviser.
