Datmo is a new workflow tool for quantitative developers that helps manage complete model version control & tracking. Datmo Snapshots are the commits for quantitative devs, tracking not just code, but environments, configurations, data, & performance scores as well.

Attendees can expect to learn about the history of version control & how it relates to modern AI/ML systems, as well as how to seamlessly integrate Datmo into your current workflow to enable you to easily go from local experimentation to a deployable model in just a few lines of code.

By the end of the workshop, all participants will have cloned an example model from the platform, made their own revisions, & pushed these changes to their new personal Datmo Model. Closing points will involve how to incorporate A/B performance testing, model deployment, & model reproducibility.

Nick Walsh is a Developer Evangelist at Datmo, where he works to empower machine learning & artificial intelligence developers through the creation of novel workflow tools. He can often be seen at hackathons across the US, where he supports the student developer community through his work with Major League Hacking. Previously at Wolfram Research working on the Cloud Development Platform, Nick continues to foster his passion for solving problems with data & giving back to communities that helped him grow as a developer.
