SPEAKERS: Doug Luftman - VP, Deputy General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer @ DocuSign Doug Luftman is a seasoned Silicon Valley senior legal executive, who currently is Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer for DocuSign Prior to DocuSign, Mr. Luftmans 20-year career has included working at companies of all sizes & in various industries including General Counsel of four Silicon Valley startups; Vice President of Innovation Services for NetApp, a Fortune 500 Silicon Valley storage networking & data management company; Vice President & Chief Patent Counsel for CBS, a global media company; Chief Intellectual Property Counsel, Palm, a smartphone innovator; & Senior Intellectual Property Group Counsel for Intels Communications Group. Prior to working in-house, Mr. Luftman was an attorney at Fenwick & West LLP & also externed for former Chief Judge Randall Rader of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Robin Andruss - Director, Privacy @ Twilio Robin Andruss has over a decade of experience in privacy, audit, & compliance. Currently, as Director, Privacy for Twilio, Robin leads a variety of internal strategic privacy initiatives to help Twilio meet their internal & external privacy commitments. Prior to Twilio, Robin served as a Sr. Manager, Global Privacy, Policy & Trust for Yahoo. Prior to Yahoo, Robin's privacy career includes experience from Google & TRUSTe. She has experience in the areas of U.S., COPPA, mobile, smart grid/energy, advertising, European & UK privacy. Robin developed a strong background in project & process management, financial audit & compliance (Sarbanes Oxley internal/process audits), & consulting from Deloitte. Her background includes client work with Fortune 500 & industry leaders in the energy, technology, & healthcare industries. Robin graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting & has her CIPP/US, CIPP/E & CIPM certifications.

Appointed as one of the worlds first corporate Chief Privacy Officers in 1999, Ray is a recognized pioneer in the field of privacy risk management & data governance. He has held privacy leadership roles at Blackhawk Network, Yahoo, & TrustArc. As a consultant, his clients have included Pfizer, Huawei, ExxonMobil, Fujifilm, Merck, Kelloggs, Mattel, & Toyota. He holds a Juris Doctor from George Washington University & FIP & CIPM credentials from the IAPP.
