How are the rules for public spaces changing in our cities? Public spaces don't only apply to parks or roads - they are our transportation systems, our commons andour waterways. Technological innovation is simplifying our path from point A to point B, but what rules are being bent, ignored or blatantly disregarded to improve our way of life? Are our lives improved by these technological advances or are our public spaces being compromised?
Join us for a roundtable discussion & launch of RULES, our second zine exploring the hyperlegible city. Joining us will be Bianca Wylie, digital rights activist & co-founder of Tech Reset Canada, Elizabeth Christoforetti, Design Lead & Co-Founder of Supernormal & Professor of Architecture at the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Tara Pham, Founder of Numina (URBAN-X Cohort 01 Alumni) & Paul Salama, COO of ClearRoadURBAN-X Cohort 04 Alumni).
RSVP for a lively evening of drinks & debate.
