ABOUT
Pluto Power Shift is a monthly after-work panel series curated by the Pluto team. Our goal is to bring together the brightest minds in Diversity & Inclusion to speak about why these issues matter, especially for companies who are starting to develop their efforts & enjoy hearing some advice.
The buzz around effective diversity & inclusion has never been higher, but where's the plan of action?Pluto is starting the conversation by establishing that D&I is a need to have, not a nice to have. But, how does a company navigate this unfamiliar territory?
This month's panel will discuss how companies can take concrete steps building diverse & inclusive work cultures regardless of their size. Our speakers will elaborate on their own experience, their D&I efforts at their company & other strategies to improve culture. Topics to include: transparency, accountability, company culture, & leadership.
We look forward to you joining us there!
**Want to attend, but short on change? No worries! E-mail us at events@pluto.life for a template to request your employer to reimburse you or pay for your ticket.**
