As a Product Manager, you're responsible for delivering products & features that both delight customers & move the company closer to its top-line metrics. However, how do you know whether the individual features you ship each sprint or each quarter are successful? Main takeaways: - You are the product owner or a stakeholder of a machine learning product. How can you manage & optimize the product without getting into its technical details? - Making sure the product has the right input data available: you might have the most talented data science team in the world, but without the right fuel (ie data) their potential is limited from the start - Choosing the right performance metrics to make sure the product is aligned with your business needs. - Test the tests! A test-driven approach to guarantee the tests currently in place fairly reflect the business scenarios (e.g. you are not using data points not available in production)
