Parking
Guests can enter the parking garage located on the either side of the building (entrances are located on Derby Avenue & Curiosity Avenue). When you arrive, there will be two pin pads. Please use the second pin pad & enter the code: 9890. Upon arrival on the second floor there is a reception desk that someone from Workday will be at to check guests in.
PANELIST BIOS
DENISE HEMKE - VICE PRESIDENT OF ANALYTICS STRATEGY & PRODUCT MANAGEMENT WORKDAY
As Vice President of Analytics Strategy & Product Management, Denise Hemke focuses on analytics across Workday including both core reporting capabilities & Prism Analytics. Denise has been building enterprise products for the last 18 years in a variety of different industries.
Most recently, she came to Workday via the Platfora acquisition where she was building an end-to-end BI platform that enabled self-service access for business analysts at petabyte scale data. Prior to that, Denise was in Development at Salesforce, HSBC, & AT&T. Denise is also a mother to a toddler so outside of work, she spends a lot of time engaged in imaginative play & dancing in her living room!
SHANNON PASCHAL - MANAGER PRODUCT, WORKDAY
Shannon manages a team of amazing product managers at Workday focused on workforce analytics, core reporting capabilities & delivering a new augmented analytics product this fall, called Workday People Analytics. Shannon is passionate about customers, data, & enabling customers to make business decisions based on their data in Workday. Shannon started her career at Workday five years ago in her first product management role, without knowing what a product manager even was! Prior to her time at Workday, Shannon was an analytics consultant in the Washington, D.C. area. Outside of work, you can find Shannon teaching spin class in San Francisco or at the Marina Green with her dog, Brady.
MANOGNA BHARGAV - SR PRODUCT MANAGER, WORKDAY
Manogna Bhargav is a Senior Product Manager at Workday. Her PM role has a special emphasis on Outbound Product Management functions for Workday's Analytics product portfolio. She focuses on strategic customer engagement by working closely with customers to evangelize the product & identify customer pain points & patterns & is also the go-to for stakeholder enablement of Go-to-market teams such as Sales, Consulting, Marketing, Support & Education. Manogna spearheads product adoption initiatives to track & enhance customer adoption of Analytics features & has developed & executed projects that increased adoption of key features by over 25% in a little over a calendar quarter. Manogna is a mother of two boys, a trained classical dancer & a self-professed Jeopardy! addict.
