Will Winter, CPA
William (Will) is the founder of Winter Accounting & Advising. He has over 15 years of experience providing accounting, tax, advisory, & consulting services to an array of individual & business clients throughout the United States & internationally. Will earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from SUNY Old Westbury in Long Island, NY & his Master of Accountancy Degree from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) & the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA). Additionally, he serves as Chair of the Western PA Tax Conference Committee, is a member of the Executive Committee of the PICPA Pittsburgh Chapter, & speaks at various tax seminars held in the Greater Pittsburgh region.
Daniel T. Kane, Esq., Founder of Law Office of Daniel T. Kane PLLC
Daniel Dan Kane is a registered patent attorney & corporate counsel with a passion for entrepreneurship - on main street or on a mainframe. For nearly a decade, he has advocated for startups & small businesses in New York State & across the country, from fighting burdensome regulations to protecting the innovative foundations of companies. Prior to private practice, Dan served in several roles with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) in Washington, D.C., including as an Attorney-Advisor reviewing the size, affiliations, & status certification of small business government contractors. His practice is currently serving startups & small businesses across New York State & advising on SBA lending & other federal programs.
