What is the benefit of attending this event?
You will receive an overview of the graduate program offerings at NJIT@JerseyCity, including the MS & certificate programs, the non-credit boot camps, & the connections between the various programs. In addition, you will learn more about the admission process, including applying, admissions requirements, deadlines, scholarships & more. All event attendees will receive an application fee waiver code after the presentation!
I registered for the information session but have not received a confirmation email - what do I do?
Once you successfully submit your event registration, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the provided student email address within a few minutes. If it's not in your inbox, please check you spam/junk folders. If you have a Gmail account, you should also check the "Promotions" tab of your inbox, as some emails may end up there. Even without a confirmation email, you should still plan to attend the event - if you successfully submitted the registration form, your registration will be in our system. Please follow the parking instructions & other information in this Q&A.
I already registered for the Open House but can no longer make it. What should I do?
In the automatic registration confirmation email you received, click on "Update your personal information or cancel registration" link at the bottom of the email. Your filled out form will pop up with the options to either 1) edit your existing information or 2) cancel your reservation. Scroll all the way down to cancel your reservation. Feel free to register for another campus visit on our Admissions Event web page.
How do I attend this virtual event?
Once you register for the event, you will receive an automatic email confirming your registration. Prior to the event, you will receive another email with a meeting ID number. You need this meeting ID number in order to join the virtual information session.
