Maria Aspan is an award-winning business journalist & a senior editor at magazine, where she writes & edits stories about finance, technology, startups & gender. She also writes Lady Business, a weekly newsletter about women in the business world. She has worked at The New York Times, Reuters, & American Banker, where as national editor she covered the financial crisis & its aftermath. She graduated from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, with a diploma from Sciences Po.

Sara Holoubek is the CEO & founder of Luminary Labs, a consultancy focused on operationalizing innovation. Her firm develops strategies & innovation systems for Fortune 500 & government leaders seeking to transform their organizations & industries.
Holoubek is also an active adviser & investor. She currently serves on the Pioneer Advisory Group for the Robert Wood Johnson Pioneer Fund, & founded Luminary Labs Ventures, which invests in early stage companies.
Prior to founding Luminary Labs, Holoubek served as the Chief Strategy Officer of iCrossing & President of SEMPO, the global trade organization for the search marketing industry.

She is a NYC Venture Fellow & has been named a "Female Founder to Know" by Mashable.
