Gowri Grewal leads the Sales & Solutions Engineering team at Twilio, along with our Expert Services team. She has been at Twilio since 2014, & in her spare time she loves to run, ski & generally spend time outdoors with her family.

Bobbi Jo Price is the Enterprise Partnerships Director for Twilio.org. With 15 years experience working in the tech sector serving clients in areas such as higher education, government, & healthcare, Bobbi Jo is excited to now be working within Twilio.org helping nonprofits & social enterprises think about communication strategies in new ways. Bobbi Jo spends her free time volunteering with seniors & at a therapeutic riding center in Orinda.
DHARA PATEL (Twilio Senior Manager, BI - Data Engineering & Analytics)

Dhara Patel is a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence (BI) group consists of data engineering & analytics functions at Twilio. She joined Twilio with a charter to form BI division & establish company wide BI practices. Today, her group has built systems & services that is supporting twilio wide data needs & has empowered twilions make data driven decisions. Prior to Twilio, she led data platform & analytics teams at Citrix - GoTo Division that provided insights to all business units & product teams. She has a proven track record of forming & leading high performing data teams with expertise in building large scale data systems supporting company wide analytics. She is passionate about providing actionable insights to the right people at the right time. She has a strong technical background & received her M.S. in Computer Science at USC. She also earned her M.S. in Information Technology with specialization in data systems back in India.

She has been one of the leader & board member of WIT (Women in Technology) & WIN (Women in Network) groups in those organjizations & was leading innovation track. She has 17+ years of Industry experience in various areas such as Oracle Middleware, Oracle ERP, Front End Frameworks, Backend Java Frameworks, Big Data & AI. She has done M.S (By Research) & published many research papers & articles in Journals about Intelligent Software Agents & IoT devices.
MANASA BATTULA (Twilio Product Operations Manager)

Manasa Battula helps teams operationalize their processes to deliver the best customer experience. At Twilio, she is a Product Operations Manager leading two teams, Fraud & Messaging Operations. Manasa moved to the US in 2007 & worked as User Operations Manager for a bootstrapped startup in the payments space. Prior to that, she worked in a variety of Operations roles at TATA & HSBC in India. She is an avid learner who has taught herself technical skills, such as Python & SQL, & constantly advocates for learning something new. She is passionate about easy to use API's, scaling business needs with technology & Drawing the Owl'. She is a 2017 Co-chair for Women@ Twilio ERG & advocates, volunteers & partners with WEST, a mentorship initiative that aims at encouraging & retaining women in tech. She holds an MBA from International Institute of Information Technology, India.
NIVEDITA REDDY MUSKU (Twilio Senior Software Engineer)

Nivedita Reddy Musku is a Senior Software developer working on Twilio Voice Media team. Previously, she worked as an Applications Developer in the Customer Service Management team at Service Now, an enterprise cloud company. CARA BORENSTEIN (Twilio Software Engineer)

Cara Borenstein is a Software Engineer on the Network team at Twilio. She builds APIs that enable enterprise customers to connect privately to Twilio. Prior to Twilio, Cara was working in FinTech in New York. Cara is passionate about education & about empowering more women to pursue software engineering. Cara earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Columbia University. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis & hiking.
MARNIE SKEHAN (Twilio Contact Center Solutions Specialist)

Marnie Skehan began her 25 year Enterprise Software Sales career during the early 90's. After spending several years in the fast-moving Dot.com arena, she entered the Enterprise Contact Center Communications space with Aspect Communications. She then worked at Genesys in the Sales Channel organization, where she was the Bay Area Director of Strategic Sales. Presently, Marnie is maintaining the same sales velocity at Twilio, where her tenured Contact Center & Enterprise Engagement expertise is helping the North American Sales Team target partnerships. Marnie's board positions have included The Stylist Online, The San Jose Flamenco Society, SOCAP International, & the Northern California Contact Center Association.
