Achieving equality in the workplace & world can't happen without making room for empathy & allyship. As part of our Leading With Empathy series, we invite you to join us for a Mentoring Meetup focused on just that-- forging connections with others with the intent to create & facilitate more empathetic work environments.
In thesespeed dating mentoring sessions, mentees will have the opportunity to meet several mentors & discuss the ways we can better understand each others' intersectional experiences & utilize empathy first when navigating in the working world. Mentors & mentees will walk away with more insight into advocating for others & with a few more allies in their corners.
ALL ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER TO THE EVENT VIA THIS PAGE. Also make sure you fill out this FORM to select whether you are a Mentor or a Mentee, & input what your objectives are for the night.
Once completed, you will receive a written guide to help you prepare for the evening prior to the meetup via email.
All Mentors can register free of charge, however these spots are usually reserved for our Innovator & Executive Council members.
Complimentary food & drinks will be provided.
