The two-hour seminar will review the considerations & options for filing foreign patent applications, including an overview of the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) & the use of the Paris Convention for non-PCT countries.
This seminar is intended for paralegals, patent attorneys/agents, & anyone who requires a basic understanding of filing patent applications internationally, particularly under the Patent Cooperation Treaty.
The event is free & open to the public with limited space.
