Kathy Jeffery is an empathetic & results-driven leader of people & culture with diverse expertise in all facets of People Operations. She is currently working at Pear Therapeutics as Chief People Officer. Her key strengths are in driving a positive employee experience through culture & communication initiatives, change management, leadership coaching, & learning & development. Kathy's experience includes working in fast-paced, dynamic, growing companies with multiple locations & remote employees--domestic & international. Four of the companies were start-ups that she helped scale quickly where the other two were more complex environments. Kathy lives her life on purpose as an active Board member of W.O.M.A.N., & still finds time to hike, kayak, dance, & spend time with her daughter.
