Steven Berkenfeld, Managing Director atBarclays
Steven Berkenfeld is a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Barclays. His current roles include chairing the Equities Commitment Committee & the Fairness Opinion Committee, co-heading the Firm's Cleantech Initiative, leading the banking effort for Emerging Industrial Technology companies, & serving as a senior advisor to the Industrial Group & the M&A Group. He also manages the Transaction Review Committee process & chairs the Reputational Risk Committee.Prior to joining Barclays in September 2008, Steven had spent over 21 years at Lehman Brothers. At the time of the acquisition by Barclays, his roles at Lehman Brothers included serving as (i) Chair of all of the Transaction Approval Committees for Investment Banking, (ii) the Global Head of Legal, Compliance & Audit & (iii) Chief Investment Officer for all principal investing activities & Chair of the Investment Committee.


Michael McNamara, CEO ofLancium
Michael is a private investor & is currently on the board or serving as advisor to a number of start-up firms in the consumer, energy & technology space. Previously, Michael co-founded ROR Capital, a merchant bank focused on natural resources. Over several years, ROR partnered with leading Private Equity firms to successfully restructure a number of multi-billion dollar natural resource companies.
Michael spent 10 years on Wall Street at several multi-billion hedge funds focused on natural resource & event-driven investments ultimately part of teams overseeing $1bn+ of investments in the space. Michael began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers with roles in the consulting & accounting divisions. Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University with degrees in Accounting & Finance & is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts & the CFA Institute.

Larry Temlock, CFO andCo-Founder, The Sun Exchange
Larry Temlock is Co-Founder & CFO of The Sun Exchange, a blockchain-based solar micro-leasing marketplace. A graduate of Columbia School of Engineering, Larry has over 25 yearsof experience in emerging markets debt origination, securitization, & financialengineering.

SantiagoIbanez, Co-founder andCOO, Bild
Santiago is the co-founder & COO of Bild, a Fintech startup which connects individual investors with sustainable investments while providing full transparency in terms of impact. Prior to Bild, Santiago has worked in operations, project finance & M&A at some of the largest European power engineering firms & utilities. Santiago holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Vigo, an MBA from IE Business School, an M.Sc. in Management of Technology from MIT, & a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Madrid. He is also a professor of energy-related graduate courses at the Comillas Pontifical University (ICAI) where he focus his research on the socio-economic & environmental impact of energy investments.
