NYCBlend July Event: Hiring & Unconscious Bias
NYC Blend is a collaborative event series for the NYC tech community promoting diversity, inclusion, & empowerment. It is facilitated by VCs operating in the greater New York City area.
In this interactive event, we will explore how unconscious biases impact all aspects of the workplace & careers. We'll consider how individuals & organizations can learn to recognize & overcome their unconscious biases & improve the accuracy & quality of interviewing, candidate evaluation, performance appraisal, & people analytics as well as facilitate conflict resolution & improve workplace relationships.
