Natashia builds Fortune 500 companies digital futures through an integrated approach to user research, user centered design & data analytics. In Digital McKinsey her role spans under the umbrella of User Experience generalist. Her most exciting role to date is perhaps being the game master of an analog board game which walks clients through design thinking & customer centricity.
JOCELYN WU (Experience Design Lead)
Jocelyn joins Digital McKinsey as a Design Lead. She is an engineer turned designer with over six years of experience in user experience strategy & design. She helps global institutions refine their digital transformation agendas & design digital products for employees & consumers. She enjoys applying design thinking to business problems, crafting solutions for target users.
ANNEMARIE LOCK (Associate Design Director)
AnneMarie is an Associate Design Director at McKinsey Design, specializing in the intersection of service & digital design for healthcare organizations. Prior to joining Veryday, AnneMarie led design at a startup focused on in-home patient care. She leverages her extensive experience designing digital tools for a variety of industries, as well as her research background in the social sciences to develop new products & services based on deep insights into how people think & feel.

Since 2014, Jennifer has overseen global recruiting for the Experience Design capability within Digital McKinsey. During her tenure, this team has grown from 1 to 350+ designers, across 15 countries.
