Bailey Carson, Handy -Bailey is SVP of Growth at Handy, a platform for connecting individuals looking for household services with independent service professionals.Bailey leads the expansion of Handy's cleaning business, overseeing marketing, operations & support for a network of more than 100,000 pros & millions of customers. After graduating from Washington & Lee University, she began her career at Lehman Brothers M&A group, followed by a stint at private equity firm Irving Place Capital. Ambitious to pursue more operational & entrepreneurial opportunities, Bailey earned an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2013. She then worked as a Product Manager for Compass, a fast-growing, multi-billion-dollar startup, before joining willa, a business described by Forbes as Avon for the Instagram generation, as CFO & COO. She led the sale of willa to larger direct sales company in 2016.
Paige Donnelley,Compass -Paige is a Strategic Growth Manager at Compass, a technology driven real estate platform.
Adil Syed, Snapchat -Adil is Strategy & Business Operations Lead for Snapchat's Content team. Previously, he worked for the Finance team & reported to the CFO. Adil joined Snapchat in 2015 as the company's first MBA intern. Before joining Snapchat, Adil was a growth investor at Redpoint Ventures. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in asset management & investment banking. Adil completed his Bachelors at the University of California, Berkeley & MBA at the Wharton School, at the University of Pennsylvania.
Moderator: Sameer Syed, Google -Sameer works for Jigsaw, a team within Google/Alphabet that builds technology tofight online censorship, mitigate the threats from digital attacks, protect people from online harassment & counter violent extremism/terrorism. Before joining Google, Sameer worked in business development roles at two startups in the ad tech space. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan. Sameer is the organizer & founder of Wall Street to Silicon Alley. He graduated from the University of Michigan.
