In this talk well try to separate hype from fact & attempt to ground the mania in the technical work that teams around the world are exploring with the technology & how it will impact the technology landscape in 2018 & beyond.

BIO

Igor Lilic is a Managing Partner & founder of ConsenSys Enterprise which serves as the professional services & software delivery arm of ConsenSys - a blockchain startup founded by Ethereum co-founder Joseph Lubin. Igor has been at the forefront of blockchain technology's rise in the enterprise technology landscape. He has delivered blockchain projects to clients such as John Hancock & BHP Billiton, while maintaining partnerships with large organizations such as Microsoft & Deloitte. More recently, ConsenSys Enterprise has been building relationships with governments around the world, being a key partner in Dubai's Blockchain 2020 initiative as well as advising the island of Mauritius' plans to become an "Ethereum Island". Igor is an alumni of the University of Waterloo, holding a Bachelor of Computer Science.
