Tools for AI/ML in the Real World by Serkan Piantino, CEO & Founder of Spell (infrastructure for AI & Deep Learning), & former Director of Engineering at Facebook AI Research:
The machine learning landscape has shifted dramatically as artificial/deep neural networks have become the technique of choice, solving a wide variety of previously difficult problems in machine intelligence. As a result engineers, data scientists & researchers everywhere are learning how to build these networks & are applying them to new products & domains.
With this new activity the tools & ecosystem around deep learning are being stretched beyond their original academic roots. This talk will focus on where the tools are going, & how to build reproducible & robust machine learning pipelines with open source tools & frameworks.
Applying ML to Automatic Text Summarization of Documents at Scale by , Guilherme De Olivera, Data Scientist at Dataiku:
During his talk, Guilherme De Olivera, Data Scientist at Dataiku, maker of the collaborative advanced analytics & ML platform, will use natural language processing & machine learning to programmatically extract text summaries.
