Communicating with an AI chatbot is not the same as communicating with a human, but neither is it the same as using a search engine - it exists in a liminal space between the two.
We will discuss how advances in natural language understanding & conversational design can be used to create a more intelligent - & ultimately more human-like - AI chatbot experience.
