We have been getting lots of questions about waste analysis in recent meetups so we are going to have another session on the 3M's!

If you are familiar with Lean, you may have heard of Muda, or The 8 Wastes of Lean. These types of waste are often underpinned by other root causes: Muri (overburden) or Mura (unevenness). Instead of fixing the symptoms, let's take a look at the underlying problems using more complex waste analysis. In this session, we'll talk about what Muri & Mura are & why knowing about them is important in the context of process improvement.
