Have you been looking for an opportunity to give a talk? This is your chance. We're doing Lightning Talks!

What is a Lightning Talk?

A lightning talk...
... is a 5-minute talk on any topic, technical or not
... is often about something cool you just learned or some open source software you wrote.
... can have slides but it's not required
... doesn't need to be prepared, but could be
... can be given by ANYONE, even someone totally new to Python!

First-timers & first-time speakers are always welcome. Multiple talks per person are allowed (just make sure everyone else has a chance first!) Please no marketing pitches.

All attendees & talks must follow the NYC Python Code of Conduct, which governs all our spaces online & off. https://www.meetup.com/nycpython/messages/boards/thread/51565172

This event also is subject to the Metis Code of Conduct (below).
