For this upcoming months NYVR event, Im thrilled to explore the topic of virtual production. Presenting will be Elvis Au & Lewis Smithingham.
The event will be held in altspace & live streamed via the provided youtube link for all NYVR members who RSVP. I have a few available spots for members to join us live in altspace. If you have a VR headset, are familiar with altspace & are interested in joining us in VR, please answer the RSVP question & i will provide a separate altspace invite. (first come, first serve).
Elvis Au is a Technologist with over 20 years in film animation, web, music, & games. Most recently he was at Blue Sky Studios heading up the Immersive Technologies group working to bring virtual production workflows & technologies into their film animation pipeline.
Lewis Smithingham is Director of Creative Solutions at MediaMonks, & a Guinness World Record winning creative director & technologist who can envision creative concepts, pitch them to clients & has a deep understanding of the technologies needed to bring them to life.
