As a Partner in the Deals practice of PwC, Carol has recently repatriated to New York City to lead Technology sector initiatives for the Deals practice in New York City after having founded & led PwC UK's Emerging Company Advisory & Technology Media Telecom Valuation practices based in London. Previously Carol led the US Technology valuation practice based in the Silicon Valley. Carol excels at valuing innovative companies & their key assets at every stage in their lifecycle. She is passionate about connecting with her clients to share her expertise & insights around how to create value, support value, & project value having advised a wide range of clients from promising start-ups to industry leading companies since 1998. Carol's influence helped to shape valuation practices as a member of the AICPA Task Force responsible for drafting one of the latest practice aids addressing equity valuations of privately-held companies.
