The purpose of the SF Crypto Product Manager Coalition is to build community amongst Crypto PMs. Developing dApps is hard, & knowing what to develop is even harder. If the crypto ecosystem is going to succeed, we must collaborate, encourage, & support each other. Developers have robust communities, & it's increasingly important that PMs have a community too.

Jeff Wu, Co-Founder of Swapnet, will talk about the innovators dilemma & how it applies to DeFi. Blockchains are inevitably slower, less scalable, & more expensive than their centralized counterparts. However, blockchains also possess distinct competitive advantages that no centralized system can match. The discussion will focus on what we think these unique differentiators are, why they are so disruptive to the financial industry, & how product managers can best exploit them.
