This unprecedented event led to 33 million+ unemployment claims filed in under seven weeks with much more to come. Some experts predict the nation's unemployment rate is currently hovering between 20 - 40 percent as states nationwide slowly begin coordinated efforts of easing current quarantine restrictions.

1. Unemployment Assistance & Resources
a. This program provides an additional $600 per week to individuals who are collecting regular Unemployment Compensation, as well as Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC), Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA), Extended benefits, Short-Time compensation (STC), Trade Readjustment Allowances (TRA), Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA), & the Self-Employment Assistance (SEA) program.
b. Ends on or before July 31st, 2020
