Giadha Aguirre de Carcer is Founder & CEO of New Frontier Data, the leading cannabis Big Data & Analytics reporting provider in over 68 countries around the world. An entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in business execution, management & strategic business development, de Carcer has worked in investment banking & as a senior consultant in multiple industries across commercial/government sectors domestically & abroad.

Having launched & operated four successful data-driven businesses, including disruptive technologies such as the original patent application behind Progressives Snapshot & Verizons Hum, de Carcer is considered an expert in strategic positioning & risk management in emerging high growth markets, investment banking, & government & commercial intelligence data collection & analysis. These core skill sets, along with dynamic entrepreneurship, have defined de Carcers career & drive her vision forward for New Frontier Data.

Fluent in five languages including French, Italian, Spanish & Portuguese, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations & Trade from the University of Pennsylvania & a Master of Arts degree in International Security from Georgetown University

Melissa Mark-Viverito

Speaker of the New York City Council, 2014-2017

Born & raised in Puerto Rico, Melissa Mark-Viverito is a product of a family that prized education & service to others. She attended Columbia University in New York City where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Melissa was selected to attend the National Urban Fellows Program & earned her Master of Public Administration from Baruch College, CUNY.

Mark-Viverito worked for over a decade in local activism, nonprofit organizations & grassroots labor organizing before being elected to the City Council in 2005 as the first Latina to represent Spanish Harlem/El Barrio in the New York City Council. In 2014, she once again made history becoming the first person, & woman, of color to serve as Speaker for the New York City Council.
