Building great products isnt easy, especially in todays interconnected, complex, & constantly changing world. While product people are helping their teams prioritize & make hard tradeoffs, we are always wrong in some way. Product managers should utilize the adversarial mindsets to get beyond the biases & bad assumptions that every team unknowingly falls into.
During this presentation & hands on workshop Chris will review the biases & bad assumptions that stop us from doing our best work, how the adversarial mindset is used by product managers, & specific techniques to help you & your teams break out of these biases.
About the Speaker:
Chris Butler is IPSoft's Chief Product Architect making sure the organization is focused on the right problems to solve for clients & their customers. Chris has over 19 years of product & business development experience at companies like Microsoft, KAYAK, & Waze. He applies the adversarial mindset to product management & has a particular interest in randomization & uncertainty to build robust & resilient teams.
