Presentation 1:

"Re-introducing OpenDevShop 2020: The Open Source DevOps Framework" by Jon Pugh

For 2020, OpenDevShop is rebranding from a "Cloud Hosting Platform" to an "Open Source DevOps Framework". The DevShop project is following Symfony's lead by creating components that can be used anywhere, or brought together to build any kind of DevOps platform. This session will cover the DevShop Components you might find useful in your Drupal projects for Testing & DevOps, as we create a brand new Drupal 8 site & try to migrate it to Drupal 9.

Bio:
Jon is the new Director of Product, Open Source for BlackMesh & creator of OpenDevShop. The BlackMesh/DevShop platform (coming soon) provides best-in-class DevOps for Drupal with open source, while remaining compatible with enterprise Drupal needs such as compliance & security. Jon, a Brooklyn expat, now lives up the Hudson River in Poughkeepsie, NY.

Presentation 2:

"Op/Syd: a data management system" by Scott Wolpow

No matter what the platform, every site has one thing in common. The main purpose is to show data. Data, however, can be a pain to deal with. It does not like structure. MongoDB an unstructured database. It is hard to manage & has little granulated ACL. My tool, Opsyd, brings extreme flexibility to MDB using the strength of Drupal.

Bio:
I have been working with Drupal since D6 & MDB for a few years. This tool is inspired by my own needs & what my clients need.
