Speakers
Kruti Patel Goyal, Senior Vice President, Product
Kruti Patel Goyal is a Senior Vice President of Product at Etsy. She is responsible for managing product development globally, overseeing the tools & services that enable Etsy's sellers to build creative businesses & Etsy's buyers to have excellent shopping experiences.
Over the past seven years, Kruti has held many integral roles at Etsy from managing the Seller Services platform globally & building the Business & Corporate Development function, to leading the International team as well as the Marketplace Integrity & Trust & Safety teams.
Before joining Etsy, Kruti worked in strategy & business development at Viacom, focused on digital media growth, & at (RED), a global marketing company that raises funds to fight AIDS in Africa. Kruti began her career at Morgan Stanley & General Atlantic Partners with a focus on media, telecom & technology businesses.
Anna Farrell, Product Manager
Anna Farrell is a Product Manager at Etsy, where she helps build products that make it frictionless for buyers to find items they love. In her three years at Etsy, she's worked across the organization on both buyer & seller products ranging from shipping labels to customer reviews.
Prior to joining Etsy, Anna was a Product Manager at MasterCard, where she worked on a digital payment platform used by governments, NGOs & tech companies for instant payments & disbursements.
Anna has a degree from Skidmore College in International Affairs & Economics. She loves to read, travel, & eat pizza.
Jessica Harllee
Jessica Harllee is a staff product designer at Etsy. During her time at Etsy, she's worked across both the buyer & seller product experiences. She also helped establish Etsy's first design system. Jessica is currently a design lead on the Core Buyer team, where she focuses on helping buyers find & buy unique items. She also runs an Etsy shop in which she sells handmade embroidery, weavings, & other wall hangings.
Beyond her work at Etsy, she's written for A List Apart, been a technical editor for O'Reilly, & given talks on product design, design systems, & design process.
Previously, Jessica was on the founding design team at Kickstarter, & at Modea, a digital ad agency.
Currently, her favorite emoji is the sweat smile.
