James Posnett is the Senior Manager of Listings Business Development at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in Sydney. He has over 15 years' experience in financial markets in Australia & internationally. Since joining ASX in 2012 he has been responsible for the development of the listings & capital raising business, both domestically & globally.
Gavan Carroll, CFA CA is an investment banker at Ord Minnett & has over 15 years' experience in investment banking & financial markets, advising a wide range of public & private clients on capital raisings, M&A & corporate reviews, focusing on telecommunications, media & technology (TMT). He previously worked at Credit Suisse, leading their TMT Investment Banking team for emerging companies
Andrew Reilly is a senior capital markets lawyer with Baker McKenzieand has more than 25 years' experience in the United States & Australia. Andrew is focused on advising U.S. companies in listing on the Australian Stock Exchange & has been involved in Australian capital markets transactions for several U.S. companies. He has also advised Australian companies on accessing the U.S. capital markets & has six Australian clients listed on Nasdaq. Andrew has been selected as one of the best lawyers in Australia for ECM (Acritas Star).
