EVENT DETAILS
A few years ago, Drew Batshaw, the Co-Founder & CTO of Waggl, ran an experiment. He picked a date one year in the future & lived that year as if he knew it would be his last. This experiment fundamentally changed Waggl & how Drew leads teams.

Drew will share what he learned from building a team that could survive without him.

Learn How To:
1) Build resilient teams that can survive the loss of any member including yourself
2) Make time for important strategic work that often gets put off due to day-to-day urgency

SPEAKER:
Drew Batshaw
