Entre is hosting a special event geared towards the growing community of New York entrepreneurs, artists, creators, & innovators. Join us as we build a community of startup enthusiasts in the NYC area. This event is taking place at Microsoft, Conference Center in Times Square.
Our event brings people together to openly discuss & share ideas with like-minded individuals. We welcome entrepreneurs of all types, start-ups of all sizes, industries, & stages to join us in finding the inspiration, resources, & friends that will make them successful.
Whether our members are just beginning to build a company, or are years into their venture, We aim to refer to the best services available for helping them achieve their goals. We aim to work with sponsors & partners who share our vision in helping the start-up community grow & succeed.

Wednesday Mar 4, 2020 - Laura Chau, Principal of Canaan Partners
Laura Chau joined Canaan in 2014 & is an Principal on the Technology team. Laura thinks about startups not just as businesses, but as carefully crafted works of art & focuses on the firm's consumer technology investments. Her current investments include Coterie, Jumpcut, & an unannounced company. She also co-hosts Canaan's Women Who Venture podcast, a show that spotlights remarkable women in business, technology & science. She previously worked in Deloitte's strategy & operations practice, where she advised tech, healthcare, financial services & energy clients on growth strategy & post-merger integrations.
Laura was one of the first employees at Kabam, one of Canaan's portfolio companies that was acquired by Netmarble in 2017. She has also worked at Branch Metrics & Greenhouse in sales & marketing functions, in addition to working closely with Marie Kondo, the author of The Life Changing Magic of Tidying Up, to help launch her venture-backed product business.
Wednesday, Apr 1, 2020 - Jeremy Levine, Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners
Jeremy Levine is a partner in Bessemer's New York office. He joined the firm in 2001 & focuses primarily on software & Internet opportunities. He has led investments for Bessemer in North & South America, Europe & Asia.
Five of his early stage investments -- LinkedIn, MindBody, Pinterest, Shopify & Yelp -- grew into billion-dollar publicly traded companies. He has also served on the boards of several Bessemer-backed companies before they were acquired by larger corporations such as Amazon, Cox, Sony & Naspers. Beth Ferreira, a partner of FirstMark, invests in a broad range of consumer companies, including next-generation commerce, consumer tech, & mobile startups. Prior to FirstMark, Beth was the Managing Partner of WME Ventures, the venture capital arm of WME IMG & led investments in Glossier, Daily Harvest, & Masterclass.
Prior to this role, Beth was Chief Operating Officer at Fab & ran operations in the early days of Etsy. Beth also held positions at Flatiron Partners, BCG & UBS. Beth holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania & an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. Follow Beth on Twitter @bethferreira
