The Director of HR Operations will lead a team that builds people processes, systems, & tools to run seamlessly at scale.
The HR Operations team will build analytical insights that drive improved decision making around people & culture. You will take a data-driven approach to recommend new initiatives, as well as iterate on current programs to improve the employee experience. To be successful in this role, you must act as a consultant to the business & deeply understand our business priorities.
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, the ideal candidate has strong quantitative, technical, data visualization, & storytelling skills, & will play a key role in shaping Carta's people strategy.
