About the team:The Graphic Designer, as a member of the Quartet Marketing Team, will support brand activation & marketing initiatives while employing graphics standards across all touchpoints & elevating the Quartet brand at every opportunity. To this end, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for concepting, creating, & executing design projects which span print & digital. This includes (but is not limited to) web graphics, presentation graphics, email communications, infographics, campaign assets, advertisements, & a wide range of print & promotional collateral.  

Applicants must submit a design portfolio or provide samples of previous work.

Accountabilities: 
Create clean, captivating digital templates for websites, landing pages, email communications, social media, digital advertising & more
Digest, synthesize & design content for straight-forward, engaging collateral such as one-papers, brochures, presentations, advertisements, & other promotional materials
Support video production efforts, including storyboarding, art direction, & basic animation & editing
Maintain & build out the corporate image library, icon library & other visual brand assets that speaks to the brand voice & continuity
Adapt to, enforce, & enhance corporate brand standards, including periodic updates to the company-wide style guide & balance a variety of assignments simultaneously & demonstrate a sense of urgency, when required
Work with a strong attention to detail & quality, while exhibiting a curious, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach

Minimum Qualifications: 
Advanced graphic design skills including use of typography, vector graphics, illustration, layouts, & photography as well as excellent written & verbal communication skills
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign & ability to design for Google Slides, PowerPoint, & KeyNote
Expertise in photography touch-ups & editing & proficiency in video/audio editing, such as Adobe Premiere Pro or similar
5 years minimum experience working in-house or agency

Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of UX design, SEO, & responsive web design
Basic photography skills (using DSLR or Mirrorless camera) to capture internal events, guest speakers, & to assist with other potential photoshoots when needed
General understanding of code (HTML, CSS, Javascript) & Wordpress helpful
