As Marketing & Administrative Assistant on a high performing agent team that focuses on sales in Manhattan, you will provide administrative, operational & marketing support to the principal agents & team. You will be tasked with building operational systems, implementing administrative processes, & managing end to end business operations, overseeing all core social, marketing & real estate activities.You are highly presentable, often being the first point of contact for existing & prospective clients, outside vendors, & the Compass community.

Focused, energetic & driven, you are hungry to achieve your professional goals, all in the name of supporting & driving your team & Compass to success. Being organized & having meticulous attention to detail is what you do best - you must be able to pivot between competing priorities & constantly think of ways to streamline the workflow & efficiencies of the team.Technologically savvy, you have a strong creative eye, creating innovative social content & progressive marketing campaigns for the principals & team.

In this role you will:

  • Implement operational improvements, working with team to locate & execute best practices in structuring an efficient work flow
  • Build efficiency & effective responsiveness into existing operations, & help define new operational strategies
  • Work closely & effectively with the principal agent(s) to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments & responsibilities & follow up as necessary
  • Maintain & manage team drives, calendars, contacts, listings, social networks, & website
  • Manage external requests & retrieve messages on behalf of the team, providing effective communication to both parties as appropriate
  • Work closely & effectively with the team lead to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments & responsibilities & follow up as necessary

  • Coordinate calendars & schedule relevant meetings & travel arrangements
  • Assist with other related clerical duties as required by the team
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects depending on the needs of the office
  • Manage social media platforms & update website content
  • Work closely & effectively with the team to implement new marketing strategies
  • Advise on advertising & marketing budgeting & spend for the team
  • CRM management
  • Email marketing
  • Mail marketing
  • Complete Real Estate activities as required such as Board Packages, listings & CRM management

What We're Looking For:

  • 1 year+ administrative / marketing support experience
  • B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency with Google suite of products (docs, sheets, slides)
  • Mailchimp (or similar tools) experience is a plus
  • Strong technological aptitude
  • Fast learner & growth orientated
  • Strong written & oral communication
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills & ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Pleasant & professional demeanor at all times with great attention to detail
  • Expectation of confidentiality on all business matters
  • Ability to put a board package together
  • Real estate license preferred but not essential

This position will not be a member of the Compass Employee Team. In this role you will be employed directly by an Agent Team that hangs their real estate license with Compass. Any compensation will be paid by the Agent Team.
