Job Description
This is a Pre-Sales role where you will work with the Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Architect to support Sales Directors in the field by having a deep technical understanding of the INTURN Platform as well as the client-side business challenges. The candidate will be responsible for collecting data during workshops, completing assessments of client requirements, & partnering with the Sales Directors to deliver value-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in closing deals by being the off-price process & technical expert in the room; ~50% travel in U.S. & abroad (after COVID 19 restrictions)
- Facilitate Workshop sessions to analyze prospects current business operations
- Gather functional & non-functional requirements from prospects
- Quantify findings & create in-depth Impact Analysis & Assessments including blueprinted process flows, observations, & recommendations
- Present the Impact/ROI of using the INTURN Platform to prospects & use storytelling to show how INTURN will elevate their excess inventory business
- Establish trust with clients & influence key decision-makers in the sales cycle by understanding the challenges faced by prospects & providing recommendations
- Respond to functional & technical elements of RFIs, RFPs, & Security Audits
- Create internal P&Ls & Handover Documentation to transition deals to the Client Success & Client Operations team post-signature
- Partner internally with Client Operations, Client Success & Product teams to record & communicate client feedback, needs, requests, & blockers
- Partner internally with Marketing to create Sales deliverables such as pitch decks, customized demos, & supporting documentation
- Represent INTURN at industry events, conferences, & trade shows
- Actively participate in internal weekly team meetings, quarterly reviews, annual kickoffs, & sales training
- SAP Centric partnership support, both with SAP directly, system integrators & the internal professional services team
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in Pre-Sales enterprise software preferred or experience in similar roles (e.g. Business Analyst, Implementation, Client Success, Product at a SaaS company, Consulting)
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to understand nuanced technical concepts & apply them to a clients business needs
- Experience implementing SAP with S/4 strongly preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with both business (internal or client) & technical teams
- Fluency in developing new processes or optimizing existing processes to drive greater client efficiencies
- Strong desire to use creative thinking & a consultative touch to address a clients issue (versus a desire to close the deal)
- Motivated to work with & learn from a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Architect
- Familiarity with workshop facilitation, discovery sessions,or client interview & building actual process flows for internal & client discussions
- A passion for technology & translating that passion into business impact for customers
- Excellent verbal communication, written communication & presentation skills
- Ability to be client-facing & work directly with c-level executives
- A self-starter who possesses curiosity & is willing to wear many different hats if needed
