We are seeking a Paid Social Media Buyer, focusing on brand awareness & customer retention, for our Fox Bet brand to assist the Senior Social Acquisition Manager in planning & executing Paid Social campaigns.  This is a dream job for the right entrepreneurial-minded, collaborative & data-driven sports-media marketer! 

Were looking for a hands-on-key media buyer who can execute & optimize social advertising campaigns that crush our aggressive business goals. You will join our fast-paced team in New York City, building & optimizing paid social media campaigns designed to attract new customers & retain existing ones.


Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Work in close collaboration with the Senior Social Acquisition Manager to conceptualize, build & optimize brand awareness & retention advertising campaigns across all major social platforms (Facebook / IG, Twitter, SNAP, Reddit)
  • At scale, you will produce results driven content & awareness campaigns, as well as retention & reactivation campaigns to improve relationships with existing customers
  • Identify & execute key optimizations to improve campaign performance in a fast-paced high energy environment
  • Management over custom audiences that ensure were targeting the right people, at the right time, with the right message
  • Delegate budgets across channels & optimize to the biggest areas of opportunity
  • Report on tests & results to key players to guide business decisions
  • Hands-on-key campaign optimizations during key sporting events
  • Execute & debrief on key tests that improve business learnings to strengthen our advertising playbook
  • Set & crush goals on a weekly, monthly & annual basis
  • The ability to execute campaigns in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail


What were looking for in our next teammate

  • 2-3 years of hands on paid social media buying experience across all major platforms (Facebook / IG, Twitter, SNAP)
  • Bachelors degree (B.S. / B.A.) in marketing, advertising, or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of content marketing & thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Youre relentless in your pursuit of finding what works & how brands connect with people
  • Brainstorming & brining ideas to life is your forte. You know what content people want to engage with & understand how top-of-funnel tactics support lower-funnel actions
  • Youre a data super-fan that loves analyzing campaign performance & presenting results
  • Experience managing at-scale brand awareness social media campaigns
  • Familiarity with managing custom audiences across all major social media platforms
  • Proven track record of conducting split tests on social media & can articulate results / impact
  • Strong pulse on the paid social landscape, knowing all the latest features, opportunities, & tactics
  • Data driven mentality that can build on learnings to improve business performance
  • Autonomous teammate that has a strong attention to detail, get-up & go mentality
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Proficient in excel & power point
  • Experience with manual bidding strategies & tactics
  • Always brings a positive attitude on game day


  • Passion for sports and/or sports betting
  • Analytics experience (MicroStrategy, Google Analytics, Apps Flyer or relevant) preferred
  • Understanding of multi variant testing
  • Experience working on digital app marketing campaigns preferred
  • Entry level experience on pixel placement & SDK fundamentals preferred
  • Foundational understanding of attribution models preferred
  • Experience in the RMG space preferred
