About the role

This role helps to support the evaluation of new products, tools & processes that are in place to provide the best possible candidate experience & quality support to the Talent team at scale. Youll assist in making processes more efficient to help the talent to build a proper foundation as we scale. This role will ensure the Talent team has accurate resources & training for tools needed to operate efficiently within their roles. This role has the important tasks of helping to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of the Talent team, streamlining our recruiting processes, removing operational roadblocks, & assisting in identifying strategies that enhance the experience for recruiters, employees, & candidates.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage Greenhouse & other talent tools from an operational & maintenance perspective & research technologies to support continuous improvement for the Talent team
  • Respond to and/or resolve team employees inquiries & issues to our processes & talent products(i.e. Greenhouse, HackerRank, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ensure & maintain clean data collection & integrity across all talent processes 
  • Assist in cross-functional projects to improve our processes & the efficiency of the People & Talent team
  • Manage & own any additional ad hoc administrative responsibilities 

Qualifications:

  • Domain expertise in Recruiting or People Operations
  • 3-4 years of experience in recruiting, operations, HR, or related field
  • Handles spontaneous change & able to take on challenges with grace, thoughtfulness, confidentiality  & influence 
  • Experience managing & running reports in Greenhouse
  • Broad knowledge regarding People/Recruiting metrics with solid Excel/Google sheets skillset 

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience as either a Recruiter, People Operations or Recruiting Coordinator
  • In-depth knowledge of Greenhouses reporting capabilities
  • Domain expertise in Recruiting or People Operations
