As a Senior Data Scientist, youll play a crucial role in turning raw data into valuable insights, developing cutting-edge models, & shaping the digital solutions our customers rely on. What Youll Do Day-to-Day: 

• Tackle complex data challenges: Work alongside data engineers, data scientists, & analysts to bring new solutions & algorithms to production. 
• Analyze & process large datasets: Turn raw data from various sources into actionable insights that power our digital solutions.
• Research & develop models: Build statistical algorithms & machine learning models that solve real-world problems for our customers.
• Lead the end-to-end process: Own tasks from exploration & proof of concept to full production implementation. 
• Collaborate with engineers: Work closely with data engineers to ensure the best possible production results.
• Develop key metrics: Create & validate metrics that enhance our product solutions, ensuring ongoing improvement & accuracy. 
• Innovate new features: Research & develop new capabilities to continuously improve our platform.

What Youll Bring to the Team:

• A passion for working with data & solving complex problems.
• 3+ years of experience with data science & statistical tools (Python, R, etc.). 
• Experience developing machine learning algorithms (e.g., NLP, image processing)must.
• Proven experience in developing production code.
• A solid understanding of probability theory & statisticsmust.
• Familiarity with SQL.
