Jackpocket is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager to lead reporting & analytics for User Acquisition. Reporting to the Director of Analytics you will partner with Digital UA, Offline Media, & Partnerships teams to provide data-driven intelligence that results in efficient & accurate decision making. You will have exposure to the full data analytics stack from defining raw data & data pipelines to developing the data model in our reporting layer & building dynamic dashboards. 

 Responsibilities

• Create, develop, & maintain reports/dashboards for the UA team
• Work with APIs & data engineering teams to automate data collection from marketing partners
• Develop data pipelines & data models to support UA needs
• Own relationships with external agencies & attribution partners
• Reconciliation of spend reporting to invoices to ensure accurate financials
• Evaluation of campaign performance across multiple channels with a focus on CPA & ROAS
• Iterate on attribution rules & identifying best sources of data to measure channel performance
• Mentor analytics team members & QA code
• Mine data for actionable insights
• Present findings & recommendations in a clear & concise manner

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a marketing analytics role with a focus on UA preferred
• Highly proficient in SQL with a natural inclination for rigorous self-QA
• Excel/Google Sheets master 
• Expert user of BI/data visualization tools
• Experience working with data from an MMP such as Appsflyer
• Knowledge of data pipelines & ETL
• Deep understanding of mobile attribution, cohort analysis & LTV modeling
• Proven track record taking ownership of analytics projects in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter who can collaborate with various teams to achieve success
• Ability to write specifications for technical tasks
• Excellent communication skills in both written & verbal form; intellectually curious, driven, & a creative problem-solver

Preferred Qualifications

• Looker experience (both development of LookML & creation of dashboards)
• Google Cloud experience (BigQuery, Google Cloud Storage)
• Knowledge of dbt & Fivetran
• Managed / supervised junior analysts
• Experience in a start-up environment
• Working knowledge of statistical techniques (regression, k-means clustering, PCA)

The annual base compensation range for this role is $145,000 - $170,000
