Position
WorkFusion is seeking an engaging & passionate individual with strong self-initiative & multi-tasking skills to serve as a Data & Reporting Analyst to join its People Operations team. This role will support the areas of Performance Management, OKR & HR tools administration, and the analysis of data related to both areas to create accurate reports for the leadership team. 

The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and advanced skills in excel, including the ability to synthesize large sets of data, execute advanced scripts & dashboards.  This role will report to the Director, People Operations.  

Key responsibilities
o    Administration of HR & Performance management tools 
o    Configure & monitor quarterly performance management reviews 
o    Configure & monitor quarterly peer feedback cycles 
o    Work with others in People Operations & in Senior Management to deploy changes or improvements to associated tools & workflows 
o    Monitor & report on the completion rate of quarterly performance management cycles 
o    Monitor & report on employee OKR compliance 
o    Manage quarterly performance management data 
o    Maintain & modify workbook that executes on WorkFusion's employee performance management framework 
o    Prepare summaries for management & entire company 
o    Prepare quarterly & ad hoc presentations related to performance management & OKRs 
o    Maintain access & administer the company's people operations & goal setting systems for employees  
o    Manage data collection & update systems for employee exits & title, manager, or team changes  
o    Provide attrition reporting to company's management team each quarter  
o    Assist finance with headcount & hiring forecasts & budgeting  
o    Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their reporting needs 

Qualifications/Experience
o    Excellent verbal & written communication skills 
o    Strong analytical & problem-solving skills 
o    Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint/Teams)  
o    Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS, payroll, Goal setting, and ATS software 
o    Experience with data visualization
