Cadre is an innovative real estate investment platform dedicated to delivering a unique & better experience to our investors. We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team. This individual will be responsible for a variety of critical functions relating to existing & prospective investors.

What Youll Do:

  • Responsible for converting investor leads through phone calls as well as email outreach
  • Vet new investor access requests
  • Respond to general investor inquiries as deal specific emails
  • Create agendas for Investor meetings & conferences
  • Oversee & execute investor outreach activities such as investor meetings & webinars for new deals
  • Assist in identifying & pursuing new sources of capital, with an initial focus on family office, endowments, sovereign wealth funds, & ultra high net worth individuals
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Senior Management with prospective investors & manage follow-up
  • Identify & recommend opportunities to improve investor relations functions
  • Work with product & engineering teams to develop Cadre investor workflow process, systems & collaborative tools
  • Understand marketing funnel & work to optimize lead generation
  • Work with acquisitions team to facilitate sharing of investor intelligence & feedback

What You Have:

  • 2+ years relevant industry background with some client-facing experience
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Ability to make a high volume of phone calls on a daily basis
  • Maturity & poise under pressure
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Eager to collaborate & work across all teams
  • Highly organized, able to manage & synthesize large amounts of information
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills: ability to rapidly adapt to shifting priorities & operate effectively in a time-sensitive environment
  • Willingness to travel (limited initially, may increase over time)
