Looking for a job to get you out of bed? 

The Wholesale Account Executive will be the primary position focused exclusively on the development of domestic wholesale accounts with the ultimate goal of the owning & growing our Furniture Store partnerships. The Account Executive will have experience managing large scale home accounts. Familiarity with all aspects of account management including product knowledge, planning & allocation, EDI, co-op marketing, product delivery cadence & both store & e-com business.

When youre not catching zzzs, this is what youll do

  • Oversee execution & management of existing large-scale domestic department store partnerships with the potential to on boarding for new department store accounts
  • Own external launch of new partnerships & product; structure deals & manage towards quarterly sales budgets
  • Partner with tech, finance, operations, creative & product teams to launch new product & optimize business performance
  • Partner with planning team to build & revise projections, identify risk & upside opportunity & roll accounts into global annual & demand plans
  • Partner with marketing to develop & execute marketing initiatives with department store accounts in order to ensure the success
  • Act as the glue: as key communicator, informer & liaison between the partners & Casper teams by building & maintaining relationships with retail partners
  • Participate in weekly commercial business review meeting as key stakeholder
  • Identify, react & create new opportunities to drive business with an account
  • Represent the Casper brand & core values
  • Review all POs & coordinate EDI integration, 3PL & warehouse integration relative to account pool
  • Reports to the Sr. Account Executive based in New York

Our dream candidate is...

  • Three years minimal account executive level experience working for a known brand conducting wholesale business
  • Excellent retail math skills including all margin reviews
  • Experience negotiating key business points including margin, RTVs, Marketing allowances, etc.
  • Excellent excel & associated skills & use of all Microsoft Suite & Google programs
  • Excellent team member within The Global Partnership Team
  • Experience presenting to accounts
  • Excellent communication skills including but not limited to keeping both direct & functional superiors apprised of all relevant daily account updates
  • Ability to maintain excellent records of all meeting & create/communicate accurate meeting notes
  • Ability to communicate cross functionally with all internal partners including finance, legal, marketing, logistics, tech, operations, merchandising, retail & experience
  • Belief in The Casper Brand & culture & the relevance of a good nights sleep
  • BA in business, finance or liberal arts
