The Content Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring all betting content, streaming, & promotions are displayed on the digital sportsbook site. This person will also be responsible for on-site promotion creation & fulfillment and work with internal stakeholders on all things digital operations to provide customers with a market leading sports betting experience. 

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the online sportsbook, to ensure continuous management of content on our owned digital platforms
  • Regularly monitors & audits internal platform content to ensure team KPIs on accuracy & precision are met or exceeded
  • Manages the content team with both short & long-term views: daily scheduling, coaching & training, performance management, resource planning & hiring & on-boarding as needed
  • Develop insights into the relationships between the display of betting markets & promotional content & customer activity, to achieve optimal customer experiences & business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Product & Engineering teams to ensure key product developments are appropriately prioritized & delivered
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Risk & Trading team to achieve mutually beneficial process improvements & successful outcomes
  • Oversee the fulfillment of user facing marketing promotions as well as troubleshooting any promotion related issues raised by Customer Support

What we're looking fr in our next teammate 

  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in e-commerce preferred 
  • 1-3 years experience owning multiple projects/tasks & a willingness to take initiative
  • Strong data analysis skills preferred  
  • Ability to build & maintain strong internal relationships 
  • Advanced understanding of digital technologies  
  • Strong knowledge of & passion for sports & sports betting 
  • Methodical planner and creative thinker  
  • High attention to detail and excellent communication skills  
  • Ability to work under pressure with teams to achieve great outcomes
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
