We represent the voice of the costumer & work closely with internal partners across Affirm to make our products & policies better. We're looking for people with excellent analytical & communication skills who are passionate about the customer & helping them get the most out of Affirm.
As a Tools Administrator, you'll oversee the configuration & management of Affirm's Case Management System & our Customer Engagement Platform as well as other internal tools that are the foundation for our customer care program. These applications are used to improve the way we serve our customers. As such, to keep up with our customers' demands for a more personalized call center experience, you will ensure these applications evolve to meet that demand.
What you'll need to succeed
This role requires strong capability in developing & advancing best practices & operational excellence around the tools & applications used by our internal teams & partners. In addition, a strong candidate will be responsible for the development, planning & coordinating of feature configurations & upgrades to continuously improve the tools & application experience. This role will require the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment on complex issues.
